We intend to alleviate others' aggravation with blank pages. We've created the following advice to assist you in deleting those unnecessary pages should they appear in this specific word processor since Microsoft Word is a well-known programme for creating documents. Our advice also includes removing a Word page with text and images.

How to Remove a Content-Filled Page from Microsoft Word

A page containing text and pictures may be deleted differently than an entirely blank page. Let's first go through how to erase a Word page loaded with information.

Step 1:Selecting a page is the initial step in the deletion process. Use the Go to function (Ctrl + G on Windows, Option + Command + G on MacOS) or scroll to the desired page.

Choose any location on the page after you've located it.

Step 2: Pick all of the page's content. Although it may seem like you've already done this, Word needs to know that you want to erase the whole page, not just a portion of its contents.

Step 3:Enter "page" in the Enter page number box after activating the Go to function (Ctrl + G, or Option + Command + G on a Mac). Next, click Go to (or use your keyboard's Enter or Return key) and click Close.

Alternatively, you may select everything on the page by dragging your mouse over it.

Step 4:The page should be deleted in step three. Although there isn't a specific page deletion feature in Microsoft Word, we may erase a runner now that its contents have been chosen.

Press the Delete key after making sure you have picked the whole page.

How to Remove an Empty Page from Word

Empty page

Most text editors, including Word, tend to add blank pages after your document for no apparent reason. It's always a good idea to remove them before sending the document to the printer or your supervisor.

Step 1:Open the Navigation window to locate the blank page or pages. To accomplish this, choose the View tab and confirm that the Navigation pane checkbox is checked.

To see every page in your manuscript, choose Pages in the sidebar that appears on the left.

Step 2: Browse the list to locate the blank page or pages you wish to erase. Select one, then double-click it to get directly there.

Step 3: Press Command + 8 on a Mac or Ctrl + Shift + 8 on a Windows computer to display the paragraph markers.

Step 4: On the blank page, click the paragraph mark. Then, choose the Home tab and type "1" into the Font size box. To lock in the size, hit Enter.

The blank page should then disappear, leaving the paragraph tied to the paragraph mark on the preceding page.

Step 5: Once you've made all the required adjustments, press Ctrl + Shift + 8 on a Windows computer or Command + 8 on a Mac to make the paragraph markers disappear again.
