How to Change Microsoft Planner Background

To make plans, assign tasks, communicate with team members, and produce graphs to track progress, use Microsoft Planner. The software has become quite popular among professionals all around the world.

The boring default backdrop and style, however, is one issue that the majority of people have. Users like backgrounds that are vibrant and appealing. You have the opportunity to modify the backdrop and theme of Microsoft Planner. Because Microsoft Planner does not yet have a dedicated app, you must use a web browser to view it.

Microsoft Planner's background is configured for each plans. You may choose to select a different one for each plan as a result. Additionally, Microsoft Planner only offers the mentioned backdrop options; it does not let you upload and choose a custom image as the background.

Visit tasks.office.com and log in with your Microsoft account to alter the backdrop in the Microsoft Planner. Next, choose a strategy to alter the backdrop.

Click the "More" button that looks like an elipsis at the top of the plan screen.

Several choices are now available in the drop-down menu. Choose "Plan settings" from the list of available choices.

The "General" tab will now be automatically open when the plan settings show on the right side of the screen. You may now choose from a variety of backdrops. To apply one of the other choices to this specific plan, scroll down and click on it.

The backdrop you've chosen will be put to the plan once you do, improving its aesthetic appeal.

Theme Modification in Microsoft Planner

Although "Backgrounds" vary depending on the plan, all plans in Microsoft Planner have the same "Theme."

Click on the "Settings" button in the top-right corner of the screen to switch the theme in Microsoft Planner.

Now, you may choose from a variety of alternatives listed under "Themes." Also, choose "View all" to see additional alternatives.

More theme choices will show up if you select "View all." Either one may be clicked to make it the Microsoft Planner theme. The modifications will appear at the top of the screen when you choose one.
